These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Appneurons Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Fitrofy", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of Fitrofy's website (fitrofy.com), web app (ai.fitrofy.com), mobile applications, AI coach Naysha, and any related services (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, subscribing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation (e.g. a healthcare partner), you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Fitrofy offers a 3-day free trial of premium features. No payment is required to start the trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends; if you don't cancel, your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial.
We offer monthly, quarterly and annual subscription plans. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) where required. Pricing displayed in-app at the time of purchase is the binding price.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your stored payment method. We charge the renewal fee 24 hours before the next period begins. You will be notified before renewal.
We may change subscription prices. Any price increase will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply only from your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Payments are processed by third-party providers: Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking), Stripe, Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not store your full card details — see our Privacy Policy.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@fitrofy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following situations:

We reserve the right to investigate violations and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
The Services, including the Fitrofy and Naysha names, logos, software, food database, dietitian-built plans, written content, illustrations, design system and underlying scoring algorithms, are the intellectual property of Appneurons Technologies Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the food logs, photos, voice recordings, goals, and other content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services for you.
You can delete Your Content anytime; see our retention policy.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them, without obligation to compensate you.

Naysha is an AI coach. Its recommendations are based on general nutrition science and your self-reported data; they may not reflect your full medical picture. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in the Services.
If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
The Services integrate with third-party providers including Google Cloud Platform (hosting), Google Gemini (AI), Apple Health, Google Fit, payment processors, and messaging services. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, or for any loss caused by them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the following order:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice).
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including §07 (IP), §08 (Medical disclaimer), §10 (Liability), §11 (Disputes) — will continue to apply.
